One if my favourite store whenever I visit Mumbai, just love the children section and especially the illustrations of some of these books. It looks very busy at all times but there is pin drop silence by shoppers, everyone respecting each other's presence in a book store. Staff are very helpful which makes the buying much more easy. I have never left without a book and that's the best usp about the place.

This bookstore is a gem. The place has real character, beautiful shelves, and that calm “I can spend an hour here without noticing” vibe. The selection is great, especially for business, psychology, self-development and popular non-fiction. You can actually browse properly, not just rush in and out. Staff were helpful without being pushy, and it’s the kind of bookstore that makes you want to read more. If you like discovering books in a proper space, don’t miss it.

And the reception people are also nice with guiding with available books and discount...the wooden 1st floor is so aesthetic and the subko cafe also✌️you just have to take a friend along with you to click good pictures of you reading literature and novel!
Its an amazing place to dine in with good food and ambience. My only complain is the quantity of the dish. Its too less as compared to the rates ! But the taste is amazing for sure 👍
Had a wonderful experience at Kitab Khana. The bookstore has a calm and beautiful atmosphere that makes it a perfect place for book lovers. Beautiful shop! Has good collection of books on most of the genres. Shop has 2 floors, but most of the books are on the ground floor. The shop has a cafe too! The staff is very helpful! The ambience is awesome! It's a must visit for book lovers! Pay and Park facility is available in the street behind the shop and around Harniman circle.

If you’re looking for a place in Mumbai that truly delivers on taste and quality, Bade Miya is absolutely worth it. The food here is rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, with every dish leaving a lasting impression. Their seekh kebabs are juicy and packed with spices, paneer bhurji is soft and delicious, and the dal tadka is simply comforting and full of authentic taste. The highlight for me was the chicken bhuna — spicy, thick, and incredibly satisfying. Along with the amazing food, the hygiene and overall dining experience are also very well maintained. It’s one of those places you’ll definitely want to visit again.
